Thierry a été responsable de plusieurs projets auprès d’une variété de clients (PME, multinationales, secteurs privé et public) et a joué un rôle clé dans plusieurs projets d’identification et de développement du talent et de projets de relève. Il possède une vaste expérience en évaluation du leadership et des compétences (plus de 2 000 évaluations) et a été en position privilégiée pour observer et contribuer au développement professionnel de plusieurs centaines de gestionnaires.
Thierry est un psychologue membre de l’Ordre des Psychologues du Québec depuis 1990 ainsi qu’un conseiller agréé de l’Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources humaines (CRHA) depuis 2011. Il est diplômé de l’Université Bishop’s (1985), Lyon (France, 1988), Grenoble (France, 1989) et plus récemment, de l’Université de Sherbrooke (2009).

B.L. William Wong PhD FNZCS FBCS is Principal Scientist at Genetec VALCRI Ltd. He is also Genetec Professor of Cognitive Engineering and head of the Interaction Design Centre at Middlesex University London. His research is in cognitive engineering and the representation design of complex dynamic processes such as ATC, electricity generation,and command and control. As Project Coordinator for the 17-partner EU-funded FP7 VALCRI project, he led the work with police forces to develop a suite of advanced sense-making, data processing and analytics tools for criminal intelligence analysis. He now leads a team to commercialise VALCRI. He has received over US$25.3 million in research grants and has published over 100 scientific peer reviewed articles with his students and colleagues.
